It is possible to discharge oils with viscosities from 65 - 2000 m²/s, the viscosity specifications at 40 °C apply (see lubricant manufacturer's data sheet). Greaes cannot be used.
The flowrate can be adjusted in 1 ml steps from 1 - 9999 ml/1000 h.
The smallest quantity discharged per pump impulse is appr. 0.5 cm³.
The total discharge quantity must not be higher than 50 l per year.
The max. pressure build-up is 10 bar / 145 psi.
perma ECOSY can be supplied with 85-240 V 50/60 Hz alternating voltage or 24 V direct voltage.
Voltage is supplied via the pre-assembled plug-in supply connections.
perma ECOSY can be operated in three modes: time control (TIME), continuous signal operation (CONTROL), and sensor operation (SENSOR).
In TIME mode, the perma ECOSY operates independently and calculates the discharge period based on the selected discharge amount. This operating mode is suitable for continuously operating equipment that is not connected to a higher-level control.
Continuous signal operation / CONTROL mode is the default setting. It is recommended for using the perma ECOSY when connected to higher-level machine controls.
In SENSOR mode, the perma ECOSY remains in operation as long as it receives signals from the sensor. The signals indicate that the machine elements to be lubricated are currently in use.
Discharges are calculated and triggered automatically in each operating mode. Additional discharges can be triggered using an external pulse input or manually via the control display of the system directly.
ATTENTON: In this case, all activated outlets are supplied with the same lubricant amount, regardless of the pre-set discharge quantity.
At an ambient temperature of 20 °C with perma High performance oil SO 14 and perma hoses 101494, the maximum hose length is 10 m.
It is possible to supply up to 6 lubrication points independently.
perma ECOSY can hold up to 7 liters of oil.
The serial number can be found twice on the system:
- Under the display on the outside
- On the inside, under the pump compartment cover, top left next to the pump
The serial number is structured as follows: EC-YYMM-xxxxxx-xxx
